Summer Maintenance Checklist

Home maintenance is year-round work, which extends for outdoor life and property. Decks, porches, patios and yards deserve the same care and attention, the interior habitats need. Warmer months are the perfect time for outdoor tasks to avoid creating preserve the value of a house, expensive repairs, and a pleasant environment for summer fun, food and relaxation.

INDOOR MAINTENANCE


AC Window Units

Remove fromStorage and in the window or remove the protective cover in winter, caulk or install weather stripping where needed; the installation of new filters


Dryer

Furnace

Security
